Light Intensity – Deep Stretch is a 60 minute very gentle yin yoga class consisting of postures on the floor that are held for an extended period of time. Improve your flexibility and peel away layers of stress and tension in these longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body. Feelings of deep relaxation and gratitude are at no extra charge.

Flexibility and stamina is increased using the breath to encourage a meditative quality of mind as we flow from one engaging asana (pose) to the next. This class is best suited for students that have previous yoga experience or strong body awareness.
