[A pop-up experience for your soul]
Its about getting grounded in grace, learning to cultivate the divine in daily life, and blossoming.
Flourish is an interactive program designed to engage participants in conversations related to matters of the soul. To generate discussion, we will use imagery, a meditative walk, and an extended nature metaphor. Our goal is to encourage participants to recognize ways that soul care is related to overall wellbeing and to honor “tending of the soul garden” as a method for leading a meaning-filled life.
To flourish is to be vibrant and full of life, to thrive. Derived from the Latin flor, or flower, it is a feeling that bubbles up from the soul, that innermost essence that exists in each one of us. You are invited to become more intentional about your soul’s condition in this inspiring mini-workshop led Lisa Cashion, a licensed counselor and chaplain, and Julie Marr, a writer trained in the ancient art of spiritual direction. Together we will explore how to get grounded, cultivate fresh ideas for tending your inner garden and celebrate what it means to blossom.
Cost is free. Registration required online or at the Welcome desk.
